For guests who prefer to avoid stairs, the living room includes a pullout sofa that can provide first-floor sleeping accommodations. The Loft is one of several accommodations located at Legacy Manor, so the parking lot and shared outdoor spaces may be used by other guests. Because the Loft is connected to neighboring units within the main building, some noise transfer is possible.

There is also a fire station located approximately three houses away. When emergency vehicles are dispatched, the siren can be quite loud if you are outside, but it typically lasts only about 30 seconds before shutting off.
