Guest Access
Guests will have private access to The Cottage and its dedicated outdoor area, complete with a fire pit and charcoal grill.
In addition, you'll have access to the shared grounds of Legacy Manor, featuring a putting green, gazebo, large fire pit gathering area, children's play set, and a variety of lawn games. These amenities provide plenty of opportunities to relax, gather with family and friends, or enjoy the outdoors during your stay.
The Cottage is one of several accommodations located at Legacy Manor, so the parking lot and shared outdoor spaces may be used by other guests. Because the Cottage is connected to neighboring units within the building, some noise transfer is possible.
There is also a fire station located approximately three houses away. When emergency vehicles are dispatched, the outdoor siren can be quite loud if you are outside, but it typically lasts only about 30 seconds before shutting off.
